It's a bad experience that I have written the technical support almost 4 times but without any help. On the documents part when I open it is just showing blank space that makes impossible for me to upload my documents but I keep on receiving emails to remind me to upload my documents. All my documents are ready and available but I can't upload on C-TRAC. I have tried to send emails but noone is responding I really don't know what's going on.

Application that works only if you are online??? Give me a break. Tried to send flight details to my mail, doesn't work, tried to download documents, doesn't work...but it works when it has to remind you about your missing documents and sends you millions of reminders because someone in the office did not approve what you have submitted. Tried to write my review inside app...limited to 60-70 characters??? Probably you expected only positive reviews...last several days app is not working at all.
